What do you get for your money?

An initial free site consultation determines the level of servicing required for each individual situation. If your equipment is housed in a clean room, it's of course going to require at lot less maintenance than equipment found in a busy, harsh foundry environment. Individual items of equipment are also going to necessitate individual needs. Systems that contain servo or proportional valving require higher fluid cleanliness levels than equipment that has hand-operated control valves. The more meticulous the investigation, the more accurate the final result.

After determining the servicing requirements, a detailed matrix checklist is compiled. This checklist comprises of a list of all the individual tasks and their associated call frequency pertaining to each machine. The checklist forms the backbone for all the future maintenance calls. Each item on the checklist is meticulously performed before moving onto the next.

In the event a discrepancy is detected, this is noted on the checklist and a separate report complied, listing the recommended course of action.

Where testing is performed, be it oil analysis, vibration evaluation, pressure and flow recording, a report is complied with a copy made available for customer files. You will always have the information on your assets at your fingertips.

Within this folder is invaluable information such as a call frequency chart, a log of every site call and test performed, every completed matrix checklist and any other machine data that may assist the technician in their servicing. The information held helps to formulate trend patterns on the individual machinery. Trends are one of many useful tools that Excel use to proactively prevent machine breakdowns.

Final costing of each Zero Downtime plan is determined ultimately by the number of hydraulic machines, site considerations such as the environment variables, accessibility, and desired cleanliness levels, to mention a few.
